Fantastic and lovely hosts! This site has excellent facilities, and HOT water! Long hikes with the idea of having a hot shower made our short vacation that much better. The horses they have on site are beautiful and there are lots of fun games to be played (ping pong, tether ball, a basket ball court, corn hole, and a volleyball court!). They even have an ice machine. 10/10 would recommend and would go back.

One of the most unique experiences I’ve ever had at any hip camp stay. So many amenities in an area with so many things to do. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing place! Yes, it was hit by the Dixie fire BUT this is the prime example of seeing beauty from ashes! I stayed in a more dispersed camping area which was perfect for my dogs. The deer would frolic through the trees at all hours. I woke up to birds chirping and had my coffee in front of the pond. It was definitely a great weekend retreat.

The cabin was great! I really appreciated the working AC for the warm days and cold nights. Sutter and Taylor were fantastic hosts and I look forward to returning in the future.

Amazing experience. Sutter and her family are so nice and accommodating. They made sure my stay was comfortable and peaceful. Their land is so amazing. Can see the stars so bright. Having a communal is great too! Can’t wait to come back here again and stay longer!

We loved camping in our rooftop tent at Copper Creek Camp! Sutter was open to a last minute reservation, and we had the best dog greeting party. The entire place has a good vibe. Bring earplugs for the middle of the night train horn in the distance, if you are a light sleeper.

Sutter and her family were super welcoming and responsive to our questions and needs. We had a little one traveling with us and they were really thoughtful in making sure we all had a comfortable and fun stay at Coppercreek. The tent we stayed in is on a raised platform with an awesome little porch and some comfy lounge chairs. The front/porch look out onto a hillside away from the other cabins and campers, which made it feel private and secluded in a really nice way- I definitely recommend sitting out after sunset and enjoying the starry sky. The interior of the tent was clean and has a nice simple aesthetic. The interior and exterior lights were easy to turn on and off and there were plenty of outlets for our electronics. There is so much space to discover. We are grateful for a beautiful stay.

Very friendly host. Good accommodations the hot shower was appreciated. Lots of very friendly dogs around the property, none of them ever barked but they did let us pet them. Excellent experience!

It was really special to visit after coming here as a kid in the 90s. My kids loved taking horseback riding lessons with Sutter.

Beautiful place! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset and it was especially peaceful.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! Only heard the sounds of nature and the wind in the trees. The pond was like a nature documentary with ducks & ducklings, deer & fawns, and bull frogs adding to the experience. Was hot and fortunately there were options to be more shaded as the temps were above 100 for my stay. Looking forward to my next trip here!

Coppercreek Camp
Awesome host. Everything you would expect and more from a summer camp venue. Very rustic and primitive without the crowds and noise that comes along with campgrounds.

It was great. No one bothered us; we never saw the host. It was quite except for a couple freight trains blowing their horns in the distance.

It was so quite and beautiful by the pond! It was a warm summer evening, but truly lovely to watch the sun go down. Everything was so clear and helpful when I arrived to camp as well!

This was a great place, a lot of space including pond, meadow and forest, completely private – nice view of the hills nearby. We definitely will come back!

The view of the mountains, sunset and sunrise were incredible. The space was secluded on the property and allowed for quiet walks. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

It was beautiful on the pond with the birds singing and the trees blowing in the wind. Lots to explore and just so peaceful. I was super comfortable at the campsite. Sutter is a great host – helpful and responsive.
