From 1965 to 2019 our family has operated a traditional children’s summer camp, but the pandemic and the Dixie Fire changed our path forward. We are now open to people of all ages to enjoy our campground. and join the Coppercreek family.
Come stay in a bunk cabin, tent or RV and enjoy endless recreational opportunities. You can even bring your own horse! Coppercreek Camp is located in Plumas County, California – 10 minutes from Lake Almanor, the Feather River, and Round Valley Lake and just an hour from Lassen Volcanic National Park.

Fantastic and lovely hosts! This site has excellent facilities, and HOT water! Long hikes with the idea of having a hot shower made our short vacation that much better. The horses they have on site are beautiful and there are lots of fun games to be played (ping pong, tether ball, a basket ball court, corn hole, and a volleyball court!). They even have an ice machine. 10/10 would recommend and would go back.
