Coppercreek Camp’s facilities are available for rent September through May. In the past we have had beautiful, rustic weddings, family reunions, mountain bike groups, road bikers, marathon runners, endurance rides, 4-H groups, equestrian clinics, school groups, international student groups, camp reunions and more. The fall is a beautiful time of year at camp to host a group with crisp mornings and warm afternoons by the pool.

We have had couples tie the knot on the campfire stage and out in the meadow, dance the night away under our covered dining area, and bring in local caterers and bands. One couple had a family reunion in conjunction with their wedding and stayed for an extended weekend for a true camp wedding experience.

Groups usually have access to the cabins, commercial kitchen, covered dining area, shower houses, meadow, sand volleyball court, campfire stage, ponds, hiking and biking trails, and the pool (weather permitting).

Most groups, especially with children, need to provide their own staff for supervision and meals. Our staff are typically not here to run activities or provide meals after August. Occasionally, we do have local staff from the summer still in the area to run special activities like the high ropes course. Depending on the size of the group, we can offer time with the horses.
